In Fayetteville, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across North Carolina on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Fayetteville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fayetteville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The best thing they had worth ordering was the meat stuffed pizza and now it's not even the same. I was also told today you can't even order the 16 inch anymore. This was a wasted visit and the single meat stuffed slice was a complete disappointment. I'm sure this was my last visit to this establishment. Good luck to you going forward though.

The workers were very nice! All the pizza options looked delicious! I enjoyed watching them toss the pizza dough around while we ate. One of the best NY style pizzas we've ever had!

I don't come to the mall often but on this occasion I decided to try Primo ..I saw a few reviews claiming this was in fact THE place for that good NY slice. I tried it and I was not disappointed. The crust is fresh and very NY style thin. The sauce is good and the cheese is the higher quality cheese you should expect from a pizza place as such. Cost was a bit steep (mall prices) but just to sample it I won't complain. I tend to judge a pizza place by their plain cheese or pepperoni slice. Primo passed the test. My pics are after it got cold but it's a decent slice. UPDATE for 2026..................................... For a while now I have been giving Primo high praise as the good slice location. I recently ordered a full pie and boy did they skimp on the mushrooms of all things?!! Primo is still decent but I have to demote them down 1 notch because my last visit I wasn't impressed as I was previously. Still a bit expensive.

Im from Brooklyn so whenever I see "NY Pizza" I instantly become a critic, but man this was the best NY pizza I've ever had in the south, possibly the best NY pizza I've ever had outside of NY. The staff was friendly and accurate. I asked for a large pizza extra well done with a slice chopped up into pieces for the baby. My order was perfect. Everything was perfect. I'll be going again soon.
